DAVID J. FARLING

BOARD OF DIRECTOR

David serves as the Managing Partner at Farling, Hecht & Davis, LLP. He hails from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and graduated Magna Cum Laude from York College. Thereafter obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Santa Clara Law School. Following his admission to the California State Bar, he enrolled in the University of California, Hastings College of Law Trial Advocacy program and was awarded certification there. David is licensed to practice before the United Stated District Court for Northern California and is a member of the American, California and Santa Clara County Bar Associations. Professional memberships include the California Consumer Attorneys Association and the American Consumer Attorneys Association.

David has amassed over 25 years of Personal Injury and Tort experience, having successfully resolved over 4,000 cases by way of settlement, award, or judgment. These cases involved clients who sustained injuries as a result of auto accidents, truck accident, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, slip and falls, dog attacks, assault and battery, premises liability negligence, general negligence, and wrongful death. David has recently secured large sums of money for his clients, including a $3 million settlement resulting from a lawsuit against a well-known national chain restaurant.

David also serves as co-owner of the famed Catalyst Nightclub in Santa Cruz, California whose stage has been graced by many Grammy award winning musical artists, bands, and singers. The Catalyst is a nationally recognized live music venue and has been in operation since 1974. It is the #6 revenue producing venue in its category in the U.S.
